Definitions · Here are the definitions for key terms used in this Agreement: · Agreement: Refers to these Terms and Conditions. · Company: Denotes the entity providing independent research and writing services to Clients as specified in this Agreement. · Website: Represents our online platform, accessible at https://Customwebnlogodesigns.com/. · Resume Writer: A freelance professional working with the Company to provide career services under its terms. · Client/User: Refers to the person using the website, placing an Order, or seeking services according to the terms outlined in this Agreement. · Order: An electronic request for a paid service or product from the Client. · Product: A document delivered electronically as the result of Order completion. · Support Team: The part of our organization responsible for assisting and coordinating the Order process. · Quality Assurance Department: The section responsible for evaluating and ensuring the quality of products and services provided. · Messaging System: An interactive feature facilitating communication between the Client, Support, and Resume Writer. · Job Interview: Any form of communication with a potential employer after submitting a resume or CV. 2. Nature of Product and Terms of Use · Our Company offers services connecting Clients with qualified resume-writing professionals for career services. However, we do not guarantee successful job interviews or job placement outcomes. Our services are designed to assist Clients based on their instructions. We are not liable for unsuccessful job applications or improper use of our services. · Clients must be at least 16 years old to use our services. If you’re under 16, parental consent is required. 3. Order Process · Clients must provide accurate contact details (email and phone number) during the Order process. · Direct communication between Clients and Resume Writers via phone is prohibited. · The Messaging System facilitates communication between Clients, Support, and Resume Writers. · Information provided in the Order description and files becomes visible to Resume Writers upon payment. Clients are urged not to share personal or billing information. · Discounts must be applied during Order placement and cannot be added afterward. · Clients must provide comprehensive instructions for accurate service delivery. Failure to do so may impact service quality. · Clients can request revisions within the specified time frame. 4. Delivery/Downloading Policy · The Company is not liable for delivery issues caused by factors beyond its control. · Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact information. · If the Product is delivered on time but not downloaded, the Client will still be billed. 5. Refund Policy · Refunds are subject to specific conditions, including the client’s satisfaction with the delivered work. · Refund requests should be made within the specified time frame. · Refunds are not applicable for certain services, such as Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting. · Once designs are approved, refunds are generally not available. 6. Termination of Use · The Company can cancel Orders due to lack of cooperation or fraudulent activity. · Clients can terminate the Agreement by requesting account deletion. 7. Revision Policy · Free revisions are available within a specific time frame. · The Quality Assurance Department may decline excessive revision requests. 8. Satisfaction Guarantee · A satisfaction guarantee is provided in case a Job Interview request is not received within a specified time frame. · Refund requests for bad-quality products require strong evidence. · Promotional Materials · The Company can contact Clients via email for new services and offers. · Clients can opt out of commercial emails. · Amendments · The Company can modify the Agreement and changes will be reflected on the website. · Entire Agreement · This Agreement is the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes previous communications. 9. Severability · If any part of this Agreement is invalid, the remaining provisions still apply. 10. Law Governing · The Agreement is governed by the laws of the Company’s principal place of business. 11. Place of Suit · Legal actions related to this Agreement should be brought in the jurisdiction of the Company’s principal place of business. 12. Termination of the Use of the Service · Clients can terminate the Agreement by requesting account deletion. · Projects are considered complete if there is no reply within a specified time frame. · Please note that website packages cover design, development, and deployment. Hosting and security services are separate and need to be requested separately.
